Born and raised in Grand Prairie, Texas, Tracie began her musical journey at the age of 10. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Baylor University in 2018, she went on to complete her Master’s in Viola Performance from UT Austin in 2021.

 

With over a decade of experience as a private music teacher and two years as an orchestra director in Arlington, Tracie has had the privilege of guiding students of all levels. She has performed in Italy, North Carolina, California, Louisiana, and New York, as well as with orchestras such as the Round Rock Symphony, Waco Symphony, and Mansfield Philharmonic. Tracie has also attended prestigious music festivals like the Eastern Music Festival and the Brevard Music Festival. For the past four years, she has performed as both a violinist and violist, bringing a unique blend of classical, R&B, and pop to each gig.
